At this time we only ship within the continental United States (we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or the US territories). We cannot deliver to P.O. box locations or military APO/FPO addresses. All shipping prices are in US dollars.
Upon placement of your order, you will receive notification via email, along with a tracking number, to track the status of your package when it ships. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (holidays excluded), and will leave our warehouse within 4 - 7 business days, unless otherwise noted. Back-ordered items may require additional shipping time. If an item you have ordered changes to back-order status, you will be notified, via email, and will have the option to cancel the order, or have the order held and shipped as soon as it becomes available. We do our best to get your items processed and shipped quickly, but sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, a delay may occur.

In the event a product’s availability changes, you will be notified via email and provided with alternative options, including the option to request a refund.
To conserve materials, we prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible, but in the event that one or more of your items require additional processing time, we will ship available items as soon as possible.
Shipping charges are based on the amount of your purchase. We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier, which may mean your order is shipped "ground" and could take up to 7 business days to reach you.
Some larger or heavier items may cost more to ship and additional shipping charges may need to be added. In this case, you will be contacted, via email, prior to shipping.
Furniture and some large items will ship via common freight carrier. Freight transit times range from 1-2 weeks
Please double check the shipping address you enter during the checkout process. The Nifty Decor is not responsible for lost or damaged items or additional shipping costs resulting from orders shipped to the wrong address, due to customer error. The Nifty Decor is not responsible for items lost or damaged during "forwarding" to any address other than the one provided to us during the checkout process.
Although we stock multiple quantities of most of our items, others are true one-of-a-kind vintage “finds” picked up on our travels, and when they’re gone, they’re gone! If you see something you like, it’s best to purchase it; otherwise, it may not be here later.
What if i recieved Damaged Goods ?
Items are carefully designed and packaged to withstand the rigors of travel, but sometimes damage does occur en route.
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage or if any product is defective, contact us immediately.
In order to process your claim, please send us low-resolution digital photos including one photo of the box that the item shipped in, to email@example.com - Make sure to keep all of the original packing material! We will work with you to ensure your item(s) are repaired or replaced in a timely manner at no extra cost to you.
Can I use multiple coupons on my purchase?
We honor one coupon per purchase.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated according to purchase price. Please reference our shipping information.
Will I be charged when my items are shipped, or when I place my order?
We bill customers upon checkout, not when items are shipped.
When will I receive my order?
Orders typically ship out of our warehouse within 4 - 7 days of order confirmation, sometimes sooner, depending upon availability. In the event that your item gets back-ordered, we will notify you via email.
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track the status of your package. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you don't receive it.
