We want you to love your new items 100%, but on the rare occasion you don’t, please read below for our return and exchange policies. 

 

RETURN POLICY

All items must be returned within 15 days of the order being received.

Returned items must be unused, and in the same condition received. Items that are used and / or not in salable condition will be refused for return, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund based on the returned condition.

Items must be returned in the original box with the original packing. 

Certain merchandise like Gift Cards , Discounted Items and Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable and you assume responsibility for the return shipping cost if the products did not arrive damaged on receiving.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority Mail to ensure that the package does not get lost. 

To get your return started you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), contact us via email at customerservice@theniftydecor.com  to get started!

 If the return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number ( RMA ). Please mention the RMA no on the return slip. No returns will be accepted without the RMA no. 

We only accepts returns for purchases made on theniftydecor.com and all returns must accompany with a proof of purchase ( Invoice ) from The Nifty Decor .

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer exchanges at this time. 

 

REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 10 business days.

Your end refund will be the product price less initial shipping if paid.
