Vintage gal.

The box was delivered folded in half. The metal sign which is 4 feet long was also folded in half with a fractured bead edge which split the sign. I sent pictures of the damage as requested to Nifty Decor and follow up emails as to status update for a replacement but have NOT heard back from Nifty Decor. I love the sign but not in this condition. Please send a new sign with better packaging support.
UPDATED REVIEW: I have received a new sign that was personally delivered by owner of Nifty Decor. That is what I call going above and beyond customer service! I love the vintage look of the sign which blends well with my farmhouse kitchen. Thank you.
